I showed my boyfriend this ring in October and I expressed to him how much I would love one and how pretty it looks. He saved it and bought it for me for Christmas and I was so happy to get it as a gift. After the first day of wearing it the silver on the back of the band started to come off. All I did was work that day (I sit at a desk all day so I wasn’t doing anything to cause it to chip off). Not a huge deal, sent a message with a photo on instagram but unfortunately no one will be able to respond until January 6th. I wore it all day yesterday without any issues, took it off before bed, and put it back on this morning. I was wearing it for only about 2 hours before the center metal piece of the deathly hallows broke, it snagged the corner of my hoodie and came off. I looked to see how it could have came off and realized that it was only being held together in one spot, at the top of the triangle, by a small, thin, piece of metal. Now I’m sitting here at work devastated that my pretty ring is now broken, and my boyfriend is upset that he spent money on a ring for it to break in less than 3 days. Super upset and heartbroken right now and we hope to hear from someone soon to get this situated.
