Domestic Orders

Girls Crew offers returns for store credit or exchanges on all domestic purchases, with the exception of items marked as “sale,” which are final sale.

• Returns + Package Protection Customers: If you purchased Returns + Package Protection with your original order, returns are FREE (no return shipping or handling fees).
• All Other Customers: If you did not purchase Returns + Package Protection, you may still return eligible items for store credit. You’ll be prompted to purchase a prepaid return shipping label when initiating your return.

Your return or exchange must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date. All return packages must use our pre-paid return shipping label. Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any store credit issued. We are unable to offer refunds at this time — all returns will be processed as store credit.

Returns + Package Protection, shipping costs, packaging, gift cards, sale items, sample sale items, and mystery items are all final sale and non-refundable.

International Orders

Girls Crew offers international returns for store credit. Return shipping is not covered for international orders. Your return must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date. Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any store credit that is issued.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. All returns will be processed as store credit.

Girls Crew does not offer direct exchanges. At this time we are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for all international orders.

Returns + Package Protection, shipping costs, packaging, gift cards, sale items, sample sale items, and mystery items are all final sale and non-refundable.

We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempting to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

We are unable to process any returns purchased from any of our stockists.

All bundle deals can be returned for store credit only. No exchanges can be made.
