Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below for Regular Orders and Pre-Orders.

Regular Orders

• Cancellation Window: Regular Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped or processed.
• After 24 Hours: Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Refunds: Once your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to the original method of payment.

Pre-Orders

• Cancellation Window: Pre-Orders may be canceled if the order has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund, unless otherwise stated for limited-edition or custom items.
• After Order is Shipped: Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Refunds: Once your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to the original method of payment.
