Free domestic shipping on orders over $100. $4.99 standard domestic shipping for orders under $100. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

Allow 7-45  business days for all standard international orders. Girls Crew is not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

Returns & Exchanges

Let's make it easy~ Girls Crew currently offers store credit and exchanges on all www.shopgirlscrew.com orders, with the exception of “sale” items that are final sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Your return must be sent within 14 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. If you fail to send your return in 14 days from shipped date, your return request will be voided. Any purchases made during a promotional period are not eligible for exchanges and we can only offer store credit for those purchases.
