WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, we will gladly accept exchanges on undamaged/unused necklaces, rings, and bracelets within 30 days. Shipping charges apply on all exchanges.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your order is packed and shipped within 1 - 3 business day of your purchase. Please advise when choosing Expedited and Overnight shipping options.

- The average delivery time for International orders range from 5-14 days.

WHAT ARE YOUR MATERIALS MADE OF?
All item descriptions will tell you exactly what material each piece is made of. If you have questions about gold plated vs. gold filled vs. gold vermeil items, the easiest way to explain is:
-Gold Filled (GF) : Gold mixed in with Sterling Silver or other metals. Gold Filled material is an alloy of gold and the closest material to solid gold
- Gold Vermeil (GV) : Gold Plated over a Sterling Silver base
- Gold Plated (GP) : Gold dipped over a lesser metal such as brass
*For best care, do not shower with your items. If your items do turn, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. As each person's body oils make different metals react differently, it is not our responsibility to return or exchange your item. We apologize in advance. However, we do offer a cleaning and repair services for a fee. Sterling Silver Care: Sterling silver jewelry can be passed down from generation to generation with the right care. We encourage you to wear your silver everyday! Silver that is used regularly needs less care. In rare cases, silver can tarnish when it is exposed to salt air and products containing sulfur. But no need to worry, GIRLSCREW offers cleaning services!
Gold Filled / Gold Vermeil / Rose Gold Filled / Rose Gold Vermeil Care : We encourage you to remove your jewelry before showering, exercising and swimming. Gold Filled jewelry can tarnish when in contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. Please avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, this can affect the finishing.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
All of our items are carefully packaged and wrapped individually in bubble wrap. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.However, in the unfortunate case that an item is damaged while shipping, we will happily assist you in resolving this matter. If a charm or chain is damaged upon arrival, please send us an email to file a claim. All items are handmade & most charms are vintage and will have variations.

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address.If you provide an incorrect address at the time of the order we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change it. We ship orders quickly.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We will happily replace a damaged item, but we do not provide refunds. We do offer exchanges on items purchased within 30 days.
