Marvel Entertainment and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and divisions and Ebiko are not sponsors, co-sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes.

Entry Period:

Entries will open at 10:00 a.m. PT on May 8, 2023, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 10, 2023 (the “Entry Period”), after which time the Sweepstakes will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.

Winner(s):

One (1) winner chosen on Instagram. Winners will be chosen by May 10, 2023 and notified by 5:00 p.m. PT on the next business day.

Prize(s):

One (1) prize per winner consisting of the following (the “Prize”):

How to Enter:

US residents can enter on Instagram on @shopgirlscrew. Sweepstakes is only open to residents of the United States and DC, 18 years or older.

During the Entry Period, go to Instagram.com and:

Instagram (1 prize winners)

  • Follow BOTH @shopgirlscrew + @ebiko.us on Instagram
  • Like and save the Sweepstakes Instagram post on the @shopgirlscrew Instagram

Bonus Entries:

  • Tag a friend on the Sweepstakes Instagram post (each comment count as 1 additional entry)
  • Repost the Sweepstakes Instagram Post to your Instagram Stories and tag @shopgirlscrew and @ebiko.us

Sweepstakes starts 10:00 AM PST on 5/08/23 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on 5/10/23. No purchase necessary to enter.

Eligible Participants:

The Sweepstakes is only open and available to all legal U.S. residents currently residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years or older as of the date of entry.

Marvel employees are excluded from winning any prizes. Employees of Ebiko as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.

Selection of Winner(s):

Girls Crew will select the winner of the Prize(s) in a random drawing from among all entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be notified via direct message through the social media account from which the winning applicants were selected.

Once notified of winning, all winners must respond to Girls Crew within 48 hours in order to redeem the prizes. Any failure by any winner(s) to respond to Girls Crew via the same social media account through which the winner(s) was notified of winning the sweepstakes within the allotted time frame will result in the relinquishment of any and all prizes to said non-responding winner(s).

No purchase is required for entry. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Marvel Entertainment, Girls Crew, Ebiko, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability whatsoever for any damages, loss, injuries, or death, however occurring, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or in connection with acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize provided pursuant to this Sweepstakes.
